Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are only accepted once they have been processed.
In rare cases, an order may be cancelled (due to stock issues or errors). If payment has already been made, it will be refunded.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in the selected currency. Additional costs such as shipping or import fees may apply depending on your location.
Payment must be completed at checkout and is handled securely by external payment providers.

Processing & Shipping
Each item is made to order and requires 2–3 weeks for production, allowing time for careful creation and attention to detail.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using the selected delivery method. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside of my control.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Because each product is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Faults & Issues
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within a reasonable time with photos and a description of the issue. Each case will be reviewed, and an appropriate solution will be offered.

Liability
I cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, delays, or problems caused by external services. My liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Changes
